[cf: 20th Century science - Albert Einstein's theory of Cause & Effect]
There are 3 types of Karma, with reference to Reincarnation:
1. Sanchita Karma. The collected karma from all of your past lifetimes. ie: defining which type of family you are born to in this lifetime.
2. Agama Karma. This is the karma you have created in your current life. Karma that you are simply acquiring.
3. Kriyamana Karma. The karma you create and working off immediately, popularly known as “instant karma.” ie:park your car illegally and you get a ticket.
[4. Prarabdha Karma—that portion of Sanchita Karma you are working on in this lifetime—may be a fourth type, but may be considered an aspect of Sanchita Karma.]
Agama Karma also differs from Parabdha Karma, in that you are not working on it (that is, trying to work it off).
[Donald Michael Kraig, Article: Karma Explained, http://www.llewellyn.com/bookstore/article.php?id=494]
Karma Marga (Path of Action)

Kundalini (Divine Cosmic Energy)

The force of energy is symbolised by a coided & sleeping serpent, lying dormant in the lowest nerve centre, at the base of the spinal column, which is known as the Muladhara (Root/Support) chakra.
This latent energy has to be aroused & made to ascend the Susumna (main spinal channel) piercing the chakras right up to the Sahasrata (thousand fold) or thousand-petalled lotus in the head.
Then the yogi is in unioon with the Supreme Universal Soul.
