Only good side effects to Ayurvedic medicines - A real life example

Apart from the specific beneficial medicinal effects that you are seeking from taking Ayurvedic drugs, you may experience good side-effects.

for eg. a personal experience: my mother (aged 61 years old) was prescribed Gotu Kola (Brahmi / Asiatica Centella) daily, by her Ayurvedic doctor to lessen the symptoms of Diabetes, as this is a stress related disease & Gotu Kola relieves stress. After taking the fresh leaves as a salad & soup for 2 months, my mother's hair began to grow back thicker & longer. As my father was also taking the Gotu Kola leaves in his daily diet, his also began to grow from grey, back to black!
